How Consultation Works

This page explains what happens after you submit a consultation form following a diagnosis. It helps you understand who may contact you, how your information is used, and whether you must make a contract.

Consultation Flow

1. Take a Diagnosis

First, take a diagnosis that matches your situation. The diagnosis may ask about housing, SIM, Wi-Fi, city office procedures, banking, Japanese language, work rules, or company acceptance readiness.

The diagnosis is only a guide for life preparation and possible next steps. It does not make legal, medical, financial, or residence-status decisions.

2. Check Your Result

After the diagnosis, we show priority items, common points of difficulty, related checklists, possibly useful services, and cases where public offices or specialists should be consulted.

3. Consult Only If Needed

If you want more specific guidance after seeing the result, you can submit the consultation form. The form may ask for your name, email address or phone number, message, preferred language, and diagnosis-related information.

4. We Check the Details

Submitted information is used to check the consultation details, provide guidance, and introduce partners when appropriate. Depending on the details, the website operator may respond directly or may introduce services, specialists, or partners.

5. Contact May Be Made If Needed

You may receive an email or phone call depending on the consultation. Possible contacts include the website operator, support services for foreign residents, partner businesses, specialists, or company support services.

No Obligation to Contract

Submitting a consultation form does not mean you must use or contract with any introduced service. You can decide for yourself and may decline if it does not fit your needs.

Free Consultation and Paid Services

The diagnosis and consultation entry point may be free. However, introduced services, specialist consultations, procedures, lessons, housing support, or other services may have fees. Please confirm fees, contract terms, and cancellation rules with the service provider.

Advertising and Partnerships

This website may use service introductions, affiliate programs, sponsorships, and partner introductions. Even when advertising or partnerships exist, we aim to show suitability and important notes clearly.

If You Want Contact to Stop

If you want contact to stop or want submitted information deleted, please contact us with the consultation date, submitted name, email address or phone number, and your request.
